The semi-automatic labeling machine is used to label tubes or comparable cylindrical products. For precise labeling all around, products with an accessible cavity are manually placed on a format mandrel. By actuating the foot switch or the optionally available 2-hand operation, the labeling process is triggered, the product is set in rotation and the label is applied cleanly and precisely to the circumference of the product. If there are front and back labels on a label roll, the system can also place several labels around the circumference. Here is the distance between the labels to each other  adjustable in the system format.

Optionally, the labels can be aligned using a weld seam or other product features (such as opening tabs or indentations on the lid of tubes). A pneumatic ejection aid makes the removal process superfluous and blows the well-labeled products into a collection box.
