Fully automatic labeling machine for labeling canisters
The fully automatic labeling machine KEM is used for the fully automatic labeling of canisters. Canisters are often used in chemistry or agricultural chemistry and are provided with appropriate information.
To protect consumers, there are labeling regulations for hazardous substances. The GHS labeling system provides for the classification of chemicals according to specific criteria. Based on the classification, the chemicals are labeled with risks and user instructions are given for safe handling of chemicals.
Different canister formats can be labeled with the labeller. Labeling is possible on up to four sides with individual labels.

Up to 30 canisters/min can be labeled with the labeling system. The labeling takes place in the flow. The canisters are separated, then the rear side is labeled using a swivel arm. The canisters are labeled on both sides using a dispensing plate with a pressure roller, before the front is also labeled using a swivel arm.

Different canister formats and canister sizes can be labeled with the KEM labeling system. In this video example, 12 kg and 15 kg canisters are labelled. Labeling of smaller or larger formats is also possible.
