Semi-automatic printing and apply system for boxes

The semi-automatic label printing and dispensing system was used for corner wrap labeling of outer boxes
developed. The product is placed in the system by the operator. The labeling process is automatically triggered by means of an integrated product sensor as soon as the operator leaves the safety area of the system. The corner label is applied to the top (the side facing the operator) and rolled on the left side of the product as an L label. An integrated scanner captures 1D and 2D codes and reports the scan results to the system control or also to other external systems. Thanks to the mechanically adjustable product pick-up station, cartons of different sizes can be labeled with the system. The conversion is simple and repeatable due to the applied adjustment scales.

By integrating a print module, the labels can be printed before they are placed on the product
be raised. The printing and dispensing unit is suitable for the integration of 4" and 6" OEM print modules.
